Hybrid legal videography

When some participants are in the room and others appear remotely, we capture both in a single, seamless record — managing cameras, remote feeds, and audio so the proceeding reads as one deposition, not two.

—Secure intake and organization of exhibit files

In the courtroom

Trial presentation support

When a case reaches trial, your agency can extend the same reliable coverage into the courtroom. Trial presentation support is staffed one or two specialists.

Request one or two technicians. On smaller matters a single tech covers both roles; on document-  and testimony-heavy trials, the two work side by side.

Role A

Trial technician

—Sets up and operates courtroom presentation equipment
—Displays exhibits, documents, photos and graphics on demand
—Manages trial databases and organizes evidence for quick retrieval
—Troubleshoots courtroom technology and supports the legal team throughout proceedings
Role B

Video playback technician

—Prepares deposition and other recorded testimony for presentation
—Creates and manages video clips based on designated testimony
—Plays clips accurately and on demand
—Handles objections, edits, synchronization, audio levels and playback equipment

Not sure which role the case calls for? Tell us the exhibit and testimony load, and we'll take it from there.
