Remote legal videography
A videographer dedicated to the record — not the host chair. We capture, monitor and certify remote proceedings on every major platform, with nobody traveling.
Recording is configured according to the client’s preference—either to the Zoom cloud or locally to our computer. Cloud recording provides added continuity because it continues if our local connection is interrupted. Regardless of the Zoom recording method selected, we always create a second, independent recording source.

Three things the platform won't do.
A cloud recording is a convenience feature. A deposition record has to hold up when someone challenges it.
Monitor the audio
Someone listens to every minute on headphones and intervenes the moment a witness drifts off-mic or a room turns noisy — before the reporter has to interrupt.
Hold the frame
The witness stays on screen for the duration — no active-speaker jumping to whoever coughed, and no gallery reshuffle mid-answer.
Keep the record
Capture runs locally and continuously. If the Zoom host drops, the meeting continues.
Four steps, nobody traveling.
Or ask us to host. Either way, the invitation goes out under your agency's name.
A short call the day before with any participant who needs it — camera, microphone, lighting and bandwidth, resolved off the clock.
Witness locked in frame, audio monitored continuously, breaks handled cleanly, and a quiet fix for anyone whose connection wobbles.
Certified video to your agency, in your naming convention, ready to pair with the transcript.

Common questions
Either. Many agencies keep hosting to stay in control of the invitation; others hand it to us entirely. The record is captured the same way regardless.
It works, and we'll say so plainly if the framing or audio won't meet the standard. A tech check the day before usually solves it.
Yes. Or, add a remote exhibit technician to the same booking.
When we are made the host, yes.

Send the notice and the platform — we'll confirm coverage and offer the witness a tech check.
