Hybrid legal videography
Some participants in person, others remote — captured as one proceeding, with one videographer accountable for the whole record.
A successful hybrid deposition depends on clear, reliable communication between everyone in the room and everyone participating remotely. We provide the professional audio setup and technical support that keeps both sides connected and easy to hear throughout the proceeding.

What we manage on both sides.
The videographer is responsible for what the room hears, what the remote participants hear, and what ends up on the record.
Capture and reinforcement
Feeds and remote attendees
Four steps, one seamless record.
Which participants attend in person, which appear remotely, and the address of the room. We'll ask about wifi, power and table size.
Camera, mics, display and mixer, then a live test with a remote participant on the line — not an assumption that it will work.
The videographer runs the room and the feeds simultaneously, so nobody asks counsel to repeat a question for the record.
Delivered same day — one video of one deposition, with the source recordings retained in case anything is challenged.

Common questions
We bring our own audio equipment and use house equipment when necessary.
The videographer can supply a cellular backup connection. The local capture is unaffected by connectivity in any case.
Your call entirely. We can work with an in-room or remote reporter, and manage the audio accordingly.
Common, and not a problem. A hybrid booking covers either configuration — tell us and we'll adjust the kit, not the rate.
Some in the room, some on screen?
Send the notice and the room address — we'll confirm coverage and flag anything about the space worth knowing.
